At JasTelecom we offer the following services:

If you live within the Salisbury, Southampton, Winchester triangle we will come and collect your faulty phone. We will leave you with a courtesy phone, to use for as long as it takes to repair, or return your phone.

Mobile Phone Repairs
The standard price for repairing a phone is £29.00, plus any parts over £1. We will advise you if any additional work needs to be undertaken, with an estimate of the cost.
If in our opinion the phone is beyond repair, we will charge £10 and return the phone.
If no fault can be found we will charge £10 and return the phone.
For customers outside the region described above, we will happily take phones sent via the post (Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery is our preferred method). Once repaired, we will issue you with an electronic invoice, using Paypal or Nochex for the sake of expediency.
Phone Unlocking
Our standard charge for unlocking phones is £9.00.
As with phone repairs, you can post your phone to us.

Aerial Signal Boosting
We stock Generation 2 Cell Antenna priced at £1.95 each.
You can purchase them and install them yourself, or we will do it for you for an inclusive price of £9.95.
These devices reduce static and improve signal strength, which in turn help to conserve your battery power.
All service prices detailed above are inclusive of VAT.
